Description: Acord-cadru în baza căruia se vor încheia contracte subsecvente având ca obiect furnizarea de sisteme de supraveghere video și alarmare antiefracție pentru Oficiile Județene și stațiile de monitorizare a spectrului radio, precum si prestarea serviciilor aferente (proiectare, avizare, dezinstalare a echipamentelor existente (dacă este cazul), livrare, integrare, configurare, punere în funcțiune, testare, instruire etc.) pentru fiecare locație în parte, în conformitate cu configuratia si cerintele minime obligatorii prevazute in Sectiunea II: Caietul de sarcini. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări: în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit în anunțul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.

Description: Acord-cadru în baza căruia se vor încheia contracte subsecvente având ca obiect furnizarea de sisteme de supraveghere video și alarmare antiefracție pentru Oficiile Județene și stațiile de monitorizare a spectrului radio, precum si prestarea serviciilor aferente (proiectare, avizare, dezinstalare a echipamentelor existente (dacă este cazul), livrare, integrare, configurare, punere în funcțiune, testare, instruire etc.) pentru fiecare locație în parte, în conformitate cu configurația și cerințele minime obligatorii prevăzute în Sectiunea II: Caietul de sarcini. Informații privind acordul-cadru: Posibilitatea de reluare a competiției: NU. Acord-cadru se va încheia cu un singur operator economic, fără reluarea competiției. Durata acordului-cadru: 48 luni de la data semnării acestuia de către ambele părți. Valoarea estimată fără TVA a acordului-cadru pe toată perioada de derulare: 4.806.648,00,00 Lei. Valoarea estimată fără TVA a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 1.365.525,00 Lei. Cantitatea estimată pe perioada de derulare a acordului-cadru: - minim 74 și maxim 88 sisteme de supraveghere video și alarmare antiefracție integrate în sistemul de management central și 3 stații de monitorizare (client) în cadrul dispeceratelor de monitorizare. Cantitatea aferentă celui mai mic contract subsecvent: minim 1 sistem de supraveghere video și alarmare antiefracție. Cantitatea aferentă celui mai mare contract subsecvent: maxim 25 sisteme de supraveghere video și alarmare antiefracție cu management central și 3 stații de monitorizare (client) în cadrul dispeceratelor de monitorizare. Se pot încheia Contracte subsecvente care să se desfășoare în paralel sau în perioade de timp suprapuse. Frecvența estimativă de atribuire și derulare a contractelor subsecvente este următoarea: Se estimează că acordul-cadru va fi încheiat în 2024 și că în decursul acestui an implementarea unor sisteme se va realiza in baza contractelor subsecvente, în funcție de timpul de proiectare și implementare rămas până la final de an, de condițiile tehnice induse de posibilele întârzieri datorate diverselor restricții și accesul în diverse locații. Implementarea acestora va fi solicitată gradual prin contracte subsecvente, in funcție de condițiile din 2024. Diferența dintre numărul de sisteme implementate în 2024 (dacă va fi posibil) și numărul minim estimat pe acord cadru (74) va fi realizată în 2025 în măsura identificării fondurilor necesare, iar diferența până la numărul maxim de 88 va fi realizată, in caz de necesitate, în decursul timpului alocat acordului cadru, pe măsură ce noile locații ale ANCOM vor fi disponibile. Notă: Durata ultimelor contracte subsecvente încheiate în baza acordului-cadru poate depăși durata de 48 de luni de derulare a acordului-cadru.
