Het CIAM product zal flexibel zijn om zich aan te passen aan bekende of toekomstige (nog niet bekende) use cases, en om te integreren met legacy applicaties. Het CIAM-product zal door de Elia Groep zelf worden beheerd en kan ter plaatse (interne cloud) worden gebruikt. De licentie(s) voor het CIAM-product worden geleverd met supportdiensten om het team van het CIAM-expertiseteam van Elia Group te helpen bij het uitvoeren, onderhouden en verbeteren van de CIAM-diensten.
