Description: De opdrachtnemer dient in hoofdzaak de volgende werkzaamheden te verrichten: Instandhouding Gedurende de realisatiefase is Opdrachtnemer verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel houden, in stand houden, onderhouden en het oplossen van alle storingen en gebreken aan het systeem Complex Spooldersluis. Na oplevering van de renovatie van Complex Spooldersluis vindt er door Opdrachtnemer gedurende één jaar Meerjarig Onderhoud plaats. Renovatie Tijdens de realisatiefase zal Complex Spooldersluis in verschillende bouwfaseringen worden gerenoveerd. Aangezien er beperkt tijd is doordat Complex Spooldersluis niet langdurig buiten bedrijf gesteld kan worden dienen veel van de renovatiewerkzaamheden maximaal voorbereid te worden om de stremming(en) van Complex Spooldersluis en daarmee hinder voor de omgeving te beperken.
