Additional information: Proces verejného obstarávania sa uskutoční elektronicky prostredníctvom elektronického portálu e-Zakazky. Obstarávanie dodávok tovarov prebehne postupom nadlimitnej zákazky v súlade s § 66 ods. 7 písm. b) . Verejný obstarávateľ rozhodol, že po vyhodnotení ponúk na základe kritéria na vyhodnotenie ponúk a zostavení poradia predložených ponúk, sa uskutoční vyhodnotenie ponuky uchádzača umiestneného na prvom mieste v poradí podľa § 53 ZVO a následne vyhodnotenie splnenia podmienok účasti u tohto uchádzača podľa § 40 ZVO. Verejný obstarávateľ poskytuje súťažné podklady záujemcom prostredníctvom portálu www.ezakazky.sk v elektronickej forme, kde budú súťažné podklady zverejnené po zverejnení Oznámenia o vyhlásení verejného obstarávania a kde budú zverejňované informácie v prípade potreby vysvetliť alebo doplniť súťažné podklady. Komunikácia a výmena informácií vo verejnom obstarávaní sa uskutočňuje písomne, prostredníctvom elektronických prostriedkov. Komunikácia vrátane doručovania pre účely tohto verejného obstarávania sa bude uskutočňovať spôsobom určeným funkcionalitou elektronického nástroja e-Zakazky na portáli www.ezakazky.sk. Súťažné podklady budú každému záujemcovi k dispozícii na komunikačnom elektronickom portáli www.ezakazky.sk bez obmedzenia. Spôsob vyžiadania a poskytnutia súťažných podkladov: a) hospodársky subjekt zadá do internetového vyhľadávača elektronickú adresu www.ezakazky.sk, b) klikne na názov zákazky c) klikne na Žiadosť o účasť/o súťažné podklady d) prihlási sa do systému nasledovným spôsobom: d1) ak už hospodársky subjekt má v systéme zriadené konto prihlási sa priamo svojimi, už poskytnutými prihlasovacími údajmi (v prípade zabudnutých prihlasovacích údajov zvolí možnosť zaslania prihlasovacích údajov elektronicky na elektronickú adresu; d2) ak ešte hospodársky subjekt nemá zriadené konto v systéme, klikne na Registrácia a postupuje podľa pokynov uvedených pre registráciu v systéme priamo na internetovej stránke ww.ezakazky.sk. Záujemcovi budú sprístupnené súťažné podklady a všetky ďalšie dokumenty súvisiace so súťažnými podkladmi určené verejným obstarávateľom pre vypracovanie ponuky v elektronickom systéme na elektronickej adrese www.ezakazky.sk. Verejný obstarávateľ zverejní súťažné podklady aj prostredníctvom profilu verejného obstarávateľa v elektronickej forme. Verejný obstarávateľ pripúšťa komunikáciu so záujemcami a uchádzačmi vrátane predloženia ponuky v slovenskom jazyku. Verejný obstarávateľ bude akceptovať komunikáciu zo strany záujemcov/uchádzačov aj v českom jazyku v súlade s §20 ods. 20. V zmysle § 39 zákona, je splnenie podmienok účasti možné preukázať Jednotným európskym dokumentom, ktorým hospodársky subjekt môže predbežne nahradiť doklady, preukazujúce splnenie podmienok účasti určené verejným obstarávateľom. Verejný obstarávateľ nepoužije elektronickú aukciu v zmysle § 54 zákona. Verejný obstarávateľ upozorňuje na znenie §11 zákona č. 343/2015 Z.z. o verejnom obstarávaní a povinnosti vyplývajúce zo zákona č. 315/2016 Z:z. zákon o registri partnerov verejného sektora vyplývajúce pre uchádzačov. Všetky požadované dokumenty ponuky budú predložené v needitovateľnej forme vo formáte "pdf" resp. sken originálneho dokumentu podpísaného oprávnenou osobou.
