Suministro e instalación de cámaras ANPR: Para el control de matrículas en las entradas y salidas del municipio. Suministro e instalación de sistema CCTV: Que permita la visualización y grabación de imágenes en tiempo real. Plataforma de gestión y monitorización: Se implementará una plataforma centralizada para la gestión integral del sistema de videovigilancia, permitiendo el visionado en tiempo real y la administración eficiente de todas las cámaras y datos ANPR Instalación de la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones: Necesaria para la transmisión de datos, preferentemente mediante tecnología 4G/5G, al no disponer al Ayuntamiento de San Fernando de Henares red de fibra. Creación de un centro de control: Desde donde se monitorizarán las imágenes y se gestionará el sistema a través de implantación de sistemas de visionado Mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y evolutivo. Formación del personal municipal.
