Description: Aanbesteder stelt als eis (Programma van Eisen, eis nummer F.10) dat de Opdrachtnemer minimaal 25% van de loonsom van de Opdracht aanwendt voor Social Return. Naarmate de Inschrijver voor de uitvoering van de opdracht een hoger percentage dan 25% Social Return op de loonsom aanbiedt, wordt de Inschrijving hoger gewaardeerd. De Inschrijver dient in een plan van aanpak aan te geven in hoeverre hij zekerheid kan verschaffen dat de Social Return ook daadwerkelijk kan worden ingezet bij de Opdracht, en – indien mogelijk – er gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst een groeipad op het percentage gaat plaatsvinden.
