Former standard forms
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1986 defined the standard forms that were used to publish procurement notices on TED from 2015 until they were replaced by eForms in 2023. This table shows the correspondence between the numbers of the old standard forms and the eForms notice subtypes.
The Implementing Regulation defined the forms as PDFs, which are provided below for reference purposes. The procurement notices on TED were encoded in XML schemas that are archived on EU Vocabularies.
