By the means of references, it has to be made proof of the following (minimum requirements): LOT 1 Each of the following criteria has to be met through at least one reference (exclusion criteria): 1. The tenderer must demonstrate experience in project work in a multilingual and international environment (at least 2 languages and at least 2 countries). 2. The tenderer must demonstrate experience in in project work with a political dimension (i.e. publicly funded projects). 3.
