I andre situationer skal klage over udbud være indgivet til Klagenævnet for Udbud in den: 1. 45 kalenderdage efter, at ordregiveren har offentliggjort en bekendtgørelse i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiveren har indgået en kontrakt.
