Tenderers shall account for any arrears. * If a tenderer will use sub-suppliers for contract fulfilment, a commitment statement shall be enclosed stating that the tenderer has the necessary right of use of the sub-contractor's capacity. In order for the contracting authority to verify the tenderer's qualifications and capacity, a gender neutral preferred/reference for these deliveries must be provided. The Contracting Authority shall be free to contact them. 'Experience Response Form' is to be completed and enclosed with the tender.
