Cur síos ar na roghanna: L'Accord-cadre est établi pour une durée de 12 (douze) mois à compter de sa notification. Il est reconductible au maximum trois fois par période de 12 (douze) mois et par reconduction expresse. La durée totale maximale de l'Accord-cadre toutes périodes confondues, est donc de 48 mois (quarante-huit mois). Le Titulaire sera informé de manière expresse, par décision écrite du Pouvoir adjudicateur, de la reconduction de l'Accord-cadre. Cette décision écrite expresse de reconduction sera notifiée au Titulaire trois (3) mois avant le terme prévu de l'Accord-cadre. À défaut, l'Accord-cadre se terminera au terme prévu sans reconduction. Le Titulaire ne peut refuser la reconduction de l'Accord-cadre.
