Classical consultancy services shall be procured where the hired consultants from office space made available by the contracting authority shall assist the contracting authority with public procurements, procurements and contract management on an hourly basis. There will be limited travel activities. A consultant ́s climate footprint and environmental impact will be equal to the load from an average permanent employee. The main service and therefore the nature is the consultant ́s work efforts.
