Voor wat betreft de tijdspaden kent de ISV testperiode 2026 een gemiddeld hogere belasting, omdat met terugwerkende kracht ook de ISV testperiode 2025 in het jaar 2026 moet worden uitgevoerd[2]. [1] ISV HDV testperioden lopen van 1 juli van een bepaald jaar tot en met 30 juni van het daaropvolgende jaar, volgens (EU)2019/1242 art. 3, punt 3bis. 'rapporteringsperiode’ [2] De wetgeving en toezichtstaak voor ISV-HDV is per 1 juni 2025 van kracht. Er is voor gekozen om de uitvoering voor 2025 en 2026 gelijktijdig uit te voeren in 2026. The Contract also encompasses the acquisition, inspection and modification, if relevant, of the necessary vehicles, including transport to and from the test locations. Each year, the RDW will determine the families to be tested and distribute the related testing tasks and vehicle procurement among the Contractors. With respect to the timelines, the ISV test period for 2026 will entail a higher average load because the 2025 ISV test period must also be performed retroactively during 2026[2].
