Binnen dit raamakkoord zal een onderscheid gemaakt worden tussen drie types inspecties, elk met hun specifieke scope en bijbehorende verwachting, die gegroepeerd worden in 2 loten: Lot 1: • General & High level inspection: Visuele inspectie van OHL-assets (masten, funderingen, uitrsutingen,...) om reparatiebehoeften te identificeren en de conditie van de individuele componenten in te schatten. Het grootste deel van deze beoordeling zal bestaan uit het identificeren en classificeren van roest op metalen masten. Naast de identificatie omvat de scope ook een specifieke rapportering van deze reparatiebehoeften en schadefenomenen om verdere verwerking in onze bestaande tools mogelijk te maken. • Detailed condition assessment of equipment: Inspectie die, naast het identificeren van reparatiebehoeften en schadefenomenen aan OHL uitrustingen (isolatoren, ophangklemmen, trillingen, ...), ook de resterende sectie van de ophangpunten kwantificeert door middel van bijkomende metingen tijdens de vlucht. De resultaten van deze metingen zullen bijdragen aan de berekening van de resterende sterkte van de ophangingen. Naast de identificatie omvat de scope ook een specifieke rapportage van reparatiebehoeften, schadeverschijnselen en sectie metingen om verdere verwerking in onze bestaande tools mogelijk te maken. LOT 2: • Detailed condition assessment of lattice towers Inspecties die bestaat uit het vliegen van een door ELIA ontwikkelde en aangeleverde payload met een hyperspectrale camera. De kenmerken van deze payload en de methodologie voor inspectie zullen worden gespecificeerd. Elia est à la recherche d’un nouveau partenaire pour l’inspection des lignes électriques aériennes (OHL) à l’aide de drones VLOS. Dans le context de l’accord-cadre, une distinction sera faite entre trois types d’inspections, chacune ayant son champ d’application spécifique et les attentes associées, et regroupées en deux LOT : LOT 1 : • General & High level inspection: Inspection visuelle des actifs OHL (pylônes, fondations, équipements,…) afin d’identifier les besoins de réparation et d’évaluer l’état des composants individuels. La majorité de cette évaluation consistera à identifier et à classifier la rouille sur les pylônes métalliques. En plus de cette identification, le champ d’application comprend également un rapportage spécifique de ces besoins de réparation et des phénomènes de dommages afin de permettre un traitement ultérieur dans nos outils existants. • Detailed condition assessment of equipment: Inspection qui, en plus d’identifier les besoins de réparation et les phénomènes d’endommagement sur les équipements OHL (isolateurs, pinces de suspension, vibrateurs, ...), quantifie également la section restante des points de suspension au moyen de mesures supplémentaires pendant le vol. Les résultats de ces mesures contribueront au calcul de la résistance restante des suspensions. En plus de l’identification, le champ d’application comprend également un rapportage spécifique sur les besoins de réparation, les phénomènes de dommages et les mesures de section afin de permettre un traitement ultérieur dans nos outils existants. LOT 2 : • Detailed condition assessment of lattice towers Inspection qui consiste à faire voler un payload avec une caméra hyperspectral développée et livrée par ELIA. Les caractéristiques de ce payload et la méthodologie d’inspection seront précisées. Elia is looking for a new partner to inspect overhead power lines using VLOS drones.
