The procurement concerns thawing devices in the Blood Banks of Helsinki University Hospital Diagnostics Center (hereinafter "DGC"). The Procurement is a comprehensive solution including the following: - Thawing devices; - Software; - Licenses, rights, and authorisations; - Training, technical support, and user guidance; - Maintenance, updates, and support.
