More specifically, additional or complementary services may be required to scale-up the number of public buildings benefiting from the YEEP II, and/or in case of delays of the YEEP II implementation, and/or extension of the implementation period of the YEEP II, etc. The maximum value of such additional or complementary services is EUR 325,000, and the related possible time extension is maximum 24 additional months. Any extension of the contract would be subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor/consultant.
