Indien toegang tot Ariba minder dan 48 uren voor sluitingstijd werd aangevraagd, kan niet worden gegarandeerd door de aanbestedende entiteit dat de Ariba login gegevens tijdelijk zullen worden verschaft. De kandidaat is uitsluitend verantwoordelijk om tijdig toegang tot Ariba aan te vragen. De Aanbestedende entiteit neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid i.v.m. mogelijke problemen met Ariba. Il est conseillé aux Candidats de demander cet accès le plus rapidement possible et de cliquer sur ‘intend to participate’ sur Ariba afin de recevoir les éventuelles clarifications de l’entité adjudicatrice. Les critères de sélection sont indiqués dans les documents de l'appel d'offres.  L’entité adjudicatrice ne garantit pas de fournir les données de connexion Ariba avant l’heure de clôture pour les candidats demandant leur accès à Ariba moins de 48 heure avant l’heure de clôture. Le candidat est seul responsable de la demande d’accès à temps au tender sur la plate-forme Ariba.
