The provision of a comprehensive range of legal services which would include but are not limited to: - Advising CORU as required, on its responsibilities under Part 6 of the Act Drafting documentation, including legal documentation, pleadings and making oral and written submissions as and when requested to do so; Advice on all legislation, Regulations and EU Directives, as they may relate to CORU’s functions under Part 6 of the Act, and such other legal issues that may arise from time to time in a regulatory environment. Attending at CORU meetings including all PPC meetings to provide legal advice and legal representation as and when requested to do so.
