The accommodation requirements for Levels 5 and 6 have yet to be fully established and these areas shall be shell and core only. A new covered ramped approach to the Level 3 entrance and improved public access as well as site works and roads infrastructure are also included. The Undercroft at level 2 shall accommodate parking visitors and Ambulance and provide accommodation for staff and plant.
