2. Legal form of company
3. Date of registration
4. Country of registration
5. Registration number
6. VAT number
7. Registered address of company

Tenders may be submitted for all lots
If a bidder submits a bid for more than 1 lot, it has to indicate the order of preference according to which it wants to have the lots awarded, in the event 2 or more lots were to be awarded to such bidder. Such order of precedence shall then be taken into account when awarding the different lots to the bidders.

Maximum number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer: 3
The number of lots that may be awarded to a single bidder is limited to 3 (as to avoid market foreclosure). However, in the event that only one bidder submitted a tender for a given lot, and such bidder were to be awarded 3 other lots (for which multiple bids have been received), this bidder may also, in addition to the three awarded lots, be awarded the lot for which no other bids have been submitted. By introducing this mechanism Fluxys wants to avoid that one or more lots end up not being awarded, in the event a bidder having been awarded three lots and being the only bidder having submitted bid for another lot. </cbc:Note><cac:MainCommodityClassification><cbc:ItemClassificationCode listName="cpv">77310000</cbc:ItemClassificationCode></cac:MainCommodityClassification><cac:RealizedLocation><cac:Address><cbc:Region>anyw</cbc:Region></cac:Address></cac:RealizedLocation><cac:PlannedPeriod><cbc:StartDate>2025-07-01+02:00</cbc:StartDate><cbc:DurationMeasure unitCode="YEAR">6</cbc:DurationMeasure></cac:PlannedPeriod><cac:ContractExtension><cbc:MaximumNumberNumeric>0</cbc:MaximumNumberNumeric></cac:ContractExtension></cac:ProcurementProject></cac:ProcurementProjectLot><cac:ProcurementProjectLot><cbc:ID schemeName="Lot">LOT-0002</cbc:ID><cac:TenderingTerms><ext:UBLExtensions><ext:UBLExtension><ext:ExtensionContent><efext:EformsExtension><efac:SelectionCriteria><cbc:CriterionTypeCode listName="selection-criterion">ef-stand</cbc:CriterionTypeCode><cbc:Description languageID="ENG">The candidate must have the necessary economic and financial standing to perform the contract.

Deadline Receipt of Requests to participate = 14/03/2025 (14h00)

The requests to participate shall clearly mention the candidate's full name, including the company number, VAT number, full address and legal form.

Requests to participate must be structured as follows:
1. Name of Bidder
2. Legal form of company
3. Date of registration
4. Country of registration
5. Registration number
6. VAT number
7. Registered address of company
8. Person(s) authorized to sign contracts (together or alone) on behalf of the company [Surname, forename, title (e.g. Dr, Mr, Ms), function (e.g. Manager...) ]
9. Contact person: [Surname, forename, title (e.g. Dr, Mr, Ms), function (e.g. Manager...), phone number, address, e-mail]
10. Requested information about each above-mentioned selection criterium.

The requests to participate shall clearly mention the candidate's full name, including the company number, VAT number, full address and legal form.

Requests to participate must be structured as follows:
1. Name of Bidder
2. Legal form of company
3. Date of registration
4. Country of registration
5. Registration number
6. VAT number
7. Registered address of company
8. Person(s) authorized to sign contracts (together or alone) on behalf of the company [Surname, forename, title (e.g. Dr, Mr, Ms), function (e.g. Manager...) ]
9. Contact person: [Surname, forename, title (e.g. Dr, Mr, Ms), function (e.g. Manager...), phone number, address, e-mail]
10. Requested information about each above-mentioned selection criterium.

</cbc:Note><cac:MainCommodityClassification><cbc:ItemClassificationCode listName="cpv">77310000</cbc:ItemClassificationCode></cac:MainCommodityClassification><cac:RealizedLocation><cac:Address><cbc:Region>anyw</cbc:Region></cac:Address></cac:RealizedLocation><cac:PlannedPeriod><cbc:StartDate>2025-07-01+02:00</cbc:StartDate><cbc:DurationMeasure unitCode="YEAR">6</cbc:DurationMeasure></cac:PlannedPeriod><cac:ContractExtension><cbc:MaximumNumberNumeric>0</cbc:MaximumNumberNumeric></cac:ContractExtension></cac:ProcurementProject></cac:ProcurementProjectLot><cac:ProcurementProjectLot><cbc:ID schemeName="Lot">LOT-0007</cbc:ID><cac:TenderingTerms><ext:UBLExtensions><ext:UBLExtension><ext:ExtensionContent><efext:EformsExtension><efac:SelectionCriteria><cbc:CriterionTypeCode listName="selection-criterion">ef-stand</cbc:CriterionTypeCode><cbc:Description languageID="ENG">The candidate must have the necessary economic and financial standing to perform the contract.
