Opis merila za izborTenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: Credit rating equal to A or better, measured in accordance with bisnode AAA rating system, or equivalent score from another rating company. The rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures and it shall be carried out by a credit information company with a licence to conduct this service. Recently established companies with an credit rating, some foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to provide a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. In such cases this can be compensated with other suitable documentation. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.

Opis merila za izborTenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies shall document this with a company registration certificate. Foreign companies shall present documentation that the company is registered in a relevant company register, professional register or trade register in the country where the company is established.

MeriloTehniki ali tehnična telesa za nadzor kakovosti
Opis merila za izborThe tenderer shall have technical and professional qualifications that make the tenderer suitable to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall describe up to three of their most relevant comparable contracts in the course of the last three years. The description shall as a minimum include the assignment ́s value, date or period of execution, recipient/customer with name, telephone number and email, as well as a short description of the assignment ́s content and relevance for this procurement. Tenderers shall also document environmental management and quality assurance. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent environmental management standard and/or ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance standard, a valid certificate can be enclosed as documentation. If a tenderer cannot submit such certification by the deadline, and this is not due to the tenderer himself, the contracting authority can accept other documentation of equivalent environmental management or quality assurance measures. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance and fulfilment of the qualification requirements.

Informacije o rokih za revizijo: Any appeals to the competition or the award decision shall be sent to the contracting authority via the Mercell portal. The contracting authority will carry out a waiting period of 10 days calculated from the day after notification of the choice of tenderer has been sent. A contract will not be signed before the waiting period has expired. Any petition for a temporary injunction must be submitted to the district court before the expiry of the waiting period. Appeals can also be presented to the Appeals Board for Public Procurements (KOFA) according to the current rules.
