Typ av förfarandeFörhandlat förfarande utan föregående offentliggörandeFörklaring:
The FTIR system must have specific capacity and unique characteristics, which only can be supplied by one known supplier. The following characteristics are unique:
The spectrometer must have a guaranteed spectral resolution of at least 0,075 cm-1. It must have a wave number accuracy at 2,200 cm-1 of at least 0,005 cm-1 and a precision of 0,003 cm-1. It must have the capacity to collect spectra across the spectral range of 9,000-350 cm-1, with an option to increase the spectral range to 18,000-350 cm-1.
The microscope must use an all-reflective, infinity-corrected optical design (up to and including the detector) and be capable of acquiring high-quality FTIR data in transmission, micro-ATR and reflectance modes; and it must accommodate the use of infinity-corrected (high-magnification) objectives from other research-grade optical microscopes, such as, but not limited to Olympus. For optimal selection of the area to be analyzed, the microscope system must allow samples to be viewed and analyzed using polarized visible and IR light. The full requirements which must be fulfilled are listed in Annex 1.
