2.1.6.
Uteslutningsgrunder
Korruption: A tenderer shall be excluded from participation if, by final judgement of a court, the supplier has been convicted of a crime as per Chapter 13 article 1-2 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. participating in a criminal organisation, bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering or not fulfilling his/her obligations to pay social insurance charges or tax in his own country or in the country where the procurement is being conducted.
Deltagande i en kriminell organisation: A tenderer shall be excluded from participation if, by final judgement of a court, the supplier has been convicted of a crime as per Chapter 13 article 1-2 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. participating in a criminal organisation, bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering or not fulfilling his/her obligations to pay social insurance charges or tax in his own country or in the country where the procurement is being conducted.
Penningtvätt eller finansiering av terrorism: A tenderer shall be excluded from participation if, by final judgement of a court, the supplier has been convicted of a crime as per Chapter 13 article 1-2 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. participating in a criminal organisation, bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering or not fulfilling his/her obligations to pay social insurance charges or tax in his own country or in the country where the procurement is being conducted.

Barnarbete och andra former av människohandel: The tenderer may be excluded from participation, according to Chapter 13 Article 3 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. in brief, if the tenderer: Has overridden applicable environmental, social or labour legislations. The tenderer A) is in bankruptcy or is subject to insolvency or liquidation proceedings; B) is subject to compulsory administration, C) has a composition settlement with creditors, or D) has interrupted its business or is in a similar situation as a result of a procedure under national laws and regulations similar to those referred to in A) to C).
