Motivation for cancelling
Stockholm University has decided to terminate the procurement of a high-content screening system ACES-SU-485A-0033-20.
Grounds for termination:
In its efforts to procure a high-content screening system, Stockholm University has failed to adequately describe its needs, in regards to the item sought for procurement. As such, Stockholm University has deemed that the published tender document contains ambiguities. Stockholm University must therefore terminate the current procurement, as the university has failed to comply with the principle of transparency as stated in 4th chap 1§ of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (2016:1145). A new revised invitation to tender will be published in the near future by Stockholm University.
