A new parking deck will be built on the commute parking lot on the other side of the railway in Balsta. The deck should allow parking on three levels: on the ground level and two floors up. It shall be of such removable nature as possible, because it must be dismantled and removed after 10 to 15 years (another, separate contract).

III.1.
Villkor för deltagande
III.1.1.

The tenderer shall
1. be registered in the companies, commercial or association register or similar register kept in the state where the Tenderer is established, or
2. have such authorization or be a member of such an organization, where the contract concerns a service, required that the tenderer should be able to provide the service in the State in which the tenderer is established.
III.1.2.
Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning
En förteckning över och kortfattad beskrivning av urvalskriterierna:
Bidders must have a sound financial position in accordance with Chapter 14, Section 3 -4 §§ LOU. The bidder shall hold an annual turnover of at least 40 000 000 (SEK). Bidders shall have such economic stability and financial position that he is expected to meet its commitments under the agreement. Basis for the assessment of a candidate's economic stability and financial position are excerpts from the business and credit information company UCs records. Håbo will obtain excerpt from the UC for all bidders after the bid opening. The statement should show that the bidder has a rating of no less than class 3, which corresponds to at least 40 by Creditsafe and a minimum A rating of Equity.
If the lower risk is detected, the tenderer still considered to fulfil a) and b) below are met.
a) The bidder on the municipality's request, submits a declaration that it can be considered established that he holds the corresponding financial stability (for example, if a group of suppliers to bid together), and
b) The bidder on the municipality's request, provide a guarantee regarding the tenderer's financial stability of the parent company or other underwriter. Such certificate shall be signed by the parent company or the guarantor signatory. Requested risk classification and the requirements above, in these cases correspondingly reported and fulfilled by him (the guarantor).

The tenderer must have the necessary human and technical resources, and have such experience necessary for the contract to be completed according to an appropriate quality standard.
The tenderer must have sufficient human resources to ensure the implementation of the assignment. Tenderers should have the resources, expertise, experience and authority to carry out the mission.
The tenderer must have at least one (1) Assignment Manager in the quoted organization Håbo who have at least three (10) years of experience in similar assignments, counting from the closing date. This person becomes the client's contact person at the supplier, who shall have the authority and responsibility to fulfil the contract against Håbo. The person may very well be at the home office.

III.2.2.
Villkor för fullgörande av kontrakt
The contract includes the manufacture, supply and installation of the parking deck consisting of concrete or other structure, railings and drainage systems, to be erected on the commuter parking lot on the other side of the railway in Balsta.
The supplier shall include drawings and technical descriptions in Swedish or English, sufficient to understand Parking deck dimensions, number of parking spaces, aesthetic design, etc.
Tenderer may also be requested to submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate that offered parking deck can manage the load situation, mainly mobile and stationary traffic load.
The supplier should specify how the load distribution from the parking deck into the ground appears (in kN / m or equivalent) or indicate requirements for the foundation, to ensure that no significant movements in the underground may occur. The supplier shall propose subgrade / base course etc. required for the foundation.
