Development of biologically-based models in environmental risk assessment to assess the impact of chemicals and pathogenic fungi on amphibian and reptile populations.
This procurement aims to develop, calibrate and validate biologically-based models for a range of European amphibian and reptile species for the risk assessment of single chemicals, multiple chemicals and pathogenic fungi. Data collection and model development will be performed by means of literature searches and field studies while calibration/validation of the models will involve case studies of relevance to EFSA.
