Provision of Services for Support in Performing or Assessing Systematic Reviews
This procurement procedure aims to select multiple framework contractors to provide support in performing systematic reviews or part(s) of systematic reviews (e.g. extensive literature searches) and in related activities, to support evidence-based scientific assessments.
The primary goal of this Call for tenders is to provide support in conducting or assessing the systematic review processes or to perform systematic reviews or parts of systematic reviews for EFSA, in line with the method described in the EFSA SR Guidance. The contractor shall also provide user support services linked to the execution and presentation of the results of systematic reviews.
This call is being launched as a result of a failed open call for the same services in February 2021.

Specifically, lot 2 of this call failed, which was for the provision of ‘Support in performing or assessing SRs or specific part(s) of the SR process’.
In preparation of the new tender specifications EFSA would like to obtain feedback on how the new call for tenders can be improved.
