— confirmation stating that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— confirmation stating that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent body,
— certificate of paid taxes, benefits and other public duties issued by a competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,
— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty — ban on participating in open call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts on public/private partnership has been pronounced,
— confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal offenses of legal entities proving that no secondary penalty — temporary or permanent ban on performing particular activity has been pronounced,

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:
— Certificate for Cisco Partner – the economic operator should submit an authorization form (MAF – Manufacturer Authorization Form) issued by the manufacturer for sales and installation of the type of equipment subject to this procurement, on the territory of Macedonia,
– the Economic operator, for the type of offered equipment subject to this procurement, should submit a document issued by the manufacturer of the equipment that proves that the manufacturer is an authorized service centre for the offered equipment on the territory of Macedonia,
– the economic operator should submit a certificate from the companies listed as references for the performed activity,
– the economic operator should submit adequate documents issued by the manufacturer of the equipment regarding the requested qualifications for installation, maintenance and management of the requested type of equipment, at least 3 (three) different employed experts who possess the following types of certificates:
—— Min. 1 x Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or an equivalent certificate,
—— Min. 1 x Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or an equivalent certificate,
—— Min. 1 x Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) or an equivalent certificate,
—— Min. 1 x Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or an equivalent certificate,
— a valid certificate for quality management system, Certificate ISO 9001-2015 (Quality Management System) or an equivalent certificate,
— valid Certificate ISO/IEC 20000-1-2011 (IT Service Management) or an equivalent certificate
— ISO 27000 – Information Security Management or an equivalent certificate
