De gemeente Altena was deelnemer aan de VNG-aanbesteding GT Connect. Echter hiervan is de implementatie volledig gestopt, nadat de VNG de overeenkomst heeft opgezegd.

Gemeente Altena beraadt zich nu over het vervolg en wil haar telefonieconcept, maar ook aanhangende onderdelen die direct te maken hebben met de telefonische dienstverlening, toekomstbestendig maken.

De gemeente Altena gebruikt de inventarisatiefase voor het onderzoeken van de markt en dan met name ook het peilen van de belangstelling vanuit lokale en/of regionale leveranciers. Dit doen we door, door middel van een vooraankondiging een eerste analyse te doen van de mogelijke toeleveranciers op het gebied van telefonie, die voldoen aan een aantal minimale eisen. Deze eisen staan in bijgaande document.
