Environmental project management assistance contract as part of the Spaak building renewal process in Brussels.
The European Parliament is seeking systemic assistance in all areas related to the natural, social and urban environment (water, air, carbon, resources and materials, waste, climate, biodiversity, well-being, integration, innovation, etc.).
This assistance will help the project to exceed its expectations in order to achieve exemplary qualities of a regenerative building.
Tenderers’ attention is drawn to the fact that the working languages upon signature of the contract will be French and English.

The tenderer must be registered within the professional register or the commercial register.
Section IV: Procedure
All the works relating to the renewal of the SPAAK building must be monitored.

Section VI: Complementary information
The duration of the contract is estimated at 144 months.
The contract will be completed at the latest two years after the complete lifting of all reservations, the closure of any accounts with the contractors, the completion of the full commissioning of the installations, and the declaration of the final acceptance of the renovation works pertaining to the Spaak building.
Where appropriate, the European Parliament reserves the right to apply the provisions of Article 11.1 e) of Annex 1 of the 2018/1046 Regulation (EU, Euratom) pertaining to the European Parliament and the Council of 18.7.2018 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union.
An optional site visit will take place on 26.1.2021 at 10:00 am.
