The duration of the contract is estimated at 144 months.
The contract will be completed at the latest two years after the complete lifting of all reservations, the closure of any accounts with the contractors, the completion of the full commissioning of the installations, and the declaration of the final acceptance of the renovation works pertaining to the Spaak building.
Where appropriate, the European Parliament reserves the right to apply the provisions of Article 11.1 e) of Annex 1 of the 2018/1046 Regulation (EU, Euratom) pertaining to the European Parliament and the Council of 18.7.2018 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union.
An optional site visit will take place on 26.1.2021 at 10:00 am.
