Support to Member States in the Implementation of the Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 on the Governance of the Energy Union and Climate Action
The aim of this contract is to support the implementation of the Regulation on Governance of the Energy Union and Climate Action (Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 or the ‘Governance Regulation’ or any revision thereafter), by continuing and complementing the work initiated through the Technical Working Group, notably in providing support to EU Member States for the preparation of integrated national energy and climate progress reports (‘NECPRs) and updated draft and final national energy and climate plans (‘updated NECPs’).
The tasks will be performed on the contractor's premises. Meetings between the contractor and the Commission will be held on Commission's premises in Brussels.

Tenders will be opened electronically on the date and time indicated in the contract notice. It is possible to attend the opening by videoconference.
Tenderers may attend the meeting but be represented by not more than one person. At the end of the opening session, the chairman of the opening committee will indicate the name of the tenderers and the decision concerning the admissibility of each offer received. The prices mentioned in the bids will not be communicated.
Section VI: Complementary information
Please consult the procurement documents available at the address indicated in Section I.3). In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section I.3) in the last five calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section IV.2.2), the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the internet address provided in Section I.3), without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section I.3) in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.
Within two months of the notification letter informing about the result of the tender or, failing this, the date on which the claimant was informed thereof. The lodging of the complaint with the European Ombudsman can neither suspend the deadline nor give rise to a new deadline.
