The following contracting authorities will be entitled to agree and award underlying contracts under the DPS agreement as and when required – any member or customer of EN: Procure from time to time, which may include:

(a) any sociall housing provider in the United Kingdom from time to time;

(b) any local authority, university, academy trust or free school in the United Kingdom from time to time;

(c) blue light services which in this context means UK police forces, UK ambulance trusts, Highways Agency, Marine and Coastguard Agency and UK fire and rescue services, and any other specific emergency services; and
