The subject of the contract is to provide the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) with data collection and research services on fundamental rights issues at the national level.

The contractor's premises or any other place indicated in the tender documents.
The present call for tenders is launched with the aim to identify contractors to provide research and analysis services on fundamental rights issues to the contracting authority.
The contract(s) will be concluded for one year with effect from the date of its entry into force. It will be renewed automatically one time for one year unless one of the parties receives formal notification to the contrary at least three months before the end of the ongoing duration.
The tender documents will be available for download at the address indicated under Heading I.3). The website will be updated regularly and it is the tenderers' responsibility to check for updates and modifications during the tendering period.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
The framework contract(s) will end either, when a new framework contract pertaining to open call for tenders ‘FRANET 3 [Lot 8 – Greece/Lot 27 – Sweden]’ enters into force or at the latest after 24 months of coming into force.
