The European Parliament will organise an optional site visit at 10:00 on 2.2.2022 at its premises in Brussels.
In order to prepare your entry pass, please send your company name and the name, position, identity card number and date of birth of the attendees via e-mail to inlo.ao.dira@ep.europa.eu two working days before the visit. Your representatives must carry a valid form of identification.
In the event of a request after the deadline, economic operators may be automatically refused access to the buildings.
No more than two representatives per economic operator may attend the site visit.
During the site visit, the economic operators will have the opportunity to ask questions which they deem relevant and useful for drawing up a tender. The language used for the visit will be French.
Any travel expenses related to the visit of the premises will be borne by the economic operator, and cannot be reimbursed by the European Parliament.
At present, visitors are required to present a health pass in order to enter the European Parliament premises. Tenderers are requested to take this constraint into account.
