II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The objective of the action is to, among others, divert existing services that interfere with the implementation process of the planned works, construct a new access control booth at the beginning of the road, construct a new perimeter fence in line with the existing one on the rest of the campus, urbanise the street and grounds and landscape the rest of the plot.
Because they are included in other EUIPO contracts, the following tasks are excluded from this tender:
— project and/or technical management,
— health and safety coordination.
The contractor should implement the works keeping in mind the environmental guidelines of the EUIPO, as well as all the requirements defined in the project.

On 3 February 2021 at 11.00 (GMT+1) an on-site visit will be held at the EUIPO premises at avenida de Europa, 4, 03008 Alicante, SPAIN.
At most two representatives per tenderer may attend. For security reasons, the tenderer should provide the full names and identification numbers of the representatives at least 2 working days in advance to procurement@euipo.europa.eu.
