This action will contribute to strengthened rule of law in BiH through support to enhancing the effectiveness and integrity of judiciary and law enforcement agencies in general. The target areas are improving the effectiveness, integrity and professionalism of the governmental institutions ensuring the rule of law, access to justice and prevention of and fight against corruption.
By modernizing the spatial conditions and improving working environment an overall service to the citizens is to be improved. In order to modernize existing facilities of the Municipal Court in Zenica, both reconstruction and the construction are to be combined in this project. The new structure is designed as reinforced concrete skeleton with slab foundation and prefabricated partition walls. Also, mayor reconstruction of the basement and the ground floor as well as replacement of the façade of the building in function is planned.
