Customer Support Service for the ECHA Information Desk
The purpose of the service contract is to have a customer support team to staff the ECHA information desk and deliver the following service: the information desk responds to enquires of a general nature, concerning a wide range of activities.
Open call for tenders to select a single service provider to establish a direct contract.
The maximum potential duration of the direct contract is 4 years, with 3 yearly renewals.
