SAP Talent Management Consultant
The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for consultancy services for CIKT LAA. The consultant must in the contract period provide assistance for CIKT for the discipline Talent management.
The role shall be undertaken by 1 consultant. A detailed description of the contract (including competence requirements) can be found in Part 2 SSA-B, Annex 1.
The consultant must provide assistance in the period to CIKT for the discipline Talent Management, including, but not limited to:
— the development of a system based on SAP Talent Management,
— defining the functional and technical systems based on SAP´s products, including a qualification catalogue and scale values in ECC connected to E-recruiting,
— undertake the function as a senior professional resource.

The Contracting Authority has the unilateral right to extend the contract for up to 18 months, equalling up to a further 3 000 hours. This can be taken up in whole or partially. The maximum contract period is thus until and including 30.6.2021.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
A credit rating of “credit worthy” or equivalent will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.
The tenderer shall have good experience from similar deliveries.
