II.1)Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority:
PIN (Prior Information Notice) for Coaching Services. The Board of the Pension Protection Fund (the Board) is embarking on a programme of development activity to increase management capability. To support this programme the Board wishes to make increased use of a coaching approach. This PIN is to: 1. Gather information to inform the business requirements; 2. Give suppliers, who might be interested in this requirement, early notice of our intention to move to procure these services, subject to internal approvals; 3. Assess potential market interest in bidding for this project. If you are interested in helping us with this work please respond by the date specified on our eSourcing Portal Bravo Solution. This is Not a call for competition.

Instructions: How to Express Interest in this PIN: 1. The Board of the Pension Protection Fund (the Board) is embarking on a programme of development activity to increase management capability. This is a long-term initiative as the Board continues to realise its ambition of being a high performing customer focused financial institution (CFFI). To support this programme the Board wishes to make increased use of a coaching approach by placing more emphasis on managers using coaching skills to develop their teams thereby improving performance; additionally, the Board wishes to increase its employees' experience of and exposure to coaching.
