II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Purchase and distribution of white, multi-purpose, 100 % recycled paper in DIN A4 format. This distribution includes delivery to final users situated on all floors of the buildings of the Parliament.
This contract also covers:
— provision and updating of a computerised management system (placing orders, monitoring the budget line, electronic invoicing, statistics, etc.) based on information from the Parliament;
— training of authorised staff from the Parliament in the electronic ordering system or in any other system;
— annual compensation, on behalf of the Parliament, of the CO2 generated during production of the paper ordered.
