This ITT is about activities to support and further develop the ensemble processing aspects of the regional air quality forecasts of CAMS, which will be based upon a geographically distributed ensemble of five to ten individual systems. The successful bidder will be expected to deliver (essentially) data, routines and pieces of numerical code as well as memoranda and reports. The ITT targets organisations with considerable related experience, who will be able to provide the above-mentioned contributions for the continuous upgrade of the ensemble processing system delivering the CAMS regional production operationally. Relevant scientific track record as well as proven technical capabilities to work with advanced modelling tools will be among the selection criteria.
Contract duration is 36 months.
