Tender for a Supported Living Services Framework Agreement.
Pembrokeshire County Council invite you to submit a bid to provide a Supported Living Service.
Service Providers will be given the opportunity to tender for 2 separate Lots.
Lot 1 is for Service Users with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical & Sensory Disability.
Lot 2 is for Service Users with Mental Ill-Health.
Service Users with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical & Sensory Disability
To provide a Supported Living Service for Service Users with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical & Sensory Disabilities who live singly or jointly in their homes in the community.

To provide a Supported Living Service for Service Users with Mental Ill-Health who live singly or jointly in their homes in the community.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Service Providers must be CSSIW registered.
Section IV: Procedure
County Hall, Haverfordwest.
To be opened by committee services.
Section VI: Complementary information
The framework will be for a six year period, re-opened to new providers annually.
