Tiekėjai turi pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą – aktualią redakciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 45 straipsnio nuostatomis. Pirkime taikomi tiekėjų pašalinimo pagrindai ir informacija, kokie dokumentai pagrindžia pašalinimo pagrindų nebuvimą, pateikti konkurso sąlygose.
