VII.2)Other additional information:

England and Wales — bidders need only complete one (1) PQQ for each value band, which will then be considered for both lots within that value band. The evaluation process will ensure only the top five (5) highest scoring compliant bidders in each value band will be invited to respond to the ITT.

Northern Ireland — there is no parallel lotting structure and therefore bidders will need to complete one PQQ for each lot applied for. The top five (5) highest scoring compliant bidders in each lot will be invited to respond to the ITT.
