Tiekėjas su pasiūlymu turi pateikti tik Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (toliau – EBVPD) (kiek tai susiję su ekspertais, kurie pirkimo laimėjimo ir pirkimo sutarties sudarymo atveju bus įdarbinti tiekėjo, EBVPD teikti nereikia). Pateikti visus pagal pirkimo sąlygas reikalaujamus kvalifikaciją įrodančius dokumentus bus prašoma galimo laimėtojo.
