Framework Contract for the supply of handheld carbon dioxide detectors
The subject of this tender is to establish the Framework Contract for the supply of handheld carbon dioxide detectors.
Frontex premises, Warsaw, Poland.
The Carbon Dioxide (CO2) detectors shall be used for the measurement of the existing CO2 concentration in a closed volume for the detection of people hiding in confined spaces such as trailers, rooms and vehicles (monitoring the CO2 concentration of human exhaled air).
The FWC will be concluded for a period of 2 years with a possibility to extend the contract for another 2 year period. The maximum length of the contract shall be 4 years.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
A tenderer is asked to prove that they are authorised to perform the contract under the national law as evidenced by inclusion in a trade or professional register, or a sworn declaration or certificate, membership of a specific organisation, express authorisation or entry in the VAT register.
The tenderer shall provide a duly filled in and signed Legal Entity form (see the link below) accompanied by the documents requested therein.
