ECCAIRS 2.0 Occurrence Reporting Platform
The subject matter of the FWC is the development, roll-out and maintenance of an occurrence, accident and incident reporting system.
Within the EU.
Main services expected are:
— the technical development of the solution,
— the final user acceptance testing,
— effective roll-out of the solution,
— evolutive maintenance.
The FWC is renewed automatically 2 times for 12 months each, unless one of the parties receives formal notification to the contrary.
Maximum duration: 48 months.

The support on the current version of the existing Occurrence Reporting Platform “ECCAIRS” will be discontinued as of Q1 2020.
The Agency — under its entire and sole responsibility — is tasked to refactor this version and to make it fully operational by then, not allowing for any delay.
