Le marché a pour objet la fourniture de masques de protection respiratoire. Le marché est passé selon la procédure formalisée, d'appel d'offres ouvert selon l'article R. 2124-1 du code de la commande publique. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre multi-attributaire exécuté à l'émission de bons de commande et à prix unitaires selon l'article L. 2125-1 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est attribué à plusieurs opérateurs économiques, ceux-ci sont au maximum au nombre de trois (3) par lot, sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidats et d'offres. Le marché est conclu sans minimum et sans maximum pour toute la durée du marché.
