The cleaning services to be provided are subdivided into programmes:

— general programme for cleaning work (Group I) — offices, conference/meeting/training rooms, toilets/showers/changing rooms, canteens/cafeterias/kitchens/kitchenettes, specific rooms, parking areas/unloading bays/exterior areas, access areas, etc.,

— specific programme for cleaning work (Group II) — cleaning windows, blinds and facades and clearing ice and snow,

— ad hoc cleaning services (Group III) — this relates to services which may be requested at any time, in addition to those carried out as part of groups I and II, in line with requirements.
