II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services for the EC Representation. The EC Representation, as the contracting authority, is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor that must provide information and assistance services for the EU information centre, mostly at its premises, in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The main services requested from the contractor:
1) Information service (Answers to citizens' questions on EU topics, Distribution of EU brochures/information material, booking facilities within the EU information centre, maintenance of the general image of the EU Information Centre);
2) Organisational and logistic support to inter-institutional relations, consultancy and support services (Inter-institutional relations, contacts with multipliers, maintenance of databases, consultancy and support services, preparing, updating and delivering interactive presentations on EU, support in special campaigns and events, business trips in Lithuania);
3) Technical assistance to the EC Representation's communication activities (Technical assistance at other services or communication activities, administrative and other tasks, Traineeships at the Information Centre, Handover).
